I am looking forward to patch 4.3. One thing I'm very excited about is the new transmogrification. The new feature will allow a player to change their armor and weapons to appear like a different piece while still keeping the stats of their current gear. Restrictions will be armor and weapon items must match the item type you are trying to transmog. Cloth wearers can't change their armor to look like plate mail and vice versa. The only exception that I am aware of is with guns, bows, and crossbows, which will all three be treated as the same type of weapon. Items must be of uncommon quality or greater.  Players will not be able to transmog to items if they do not meet the level or class requirements. It will cost gold to transmog but I've yet to hear anything about how much. I imagine it will scale up or down with either player level and/or item level. I've enjoyed piecing my new armor together. I really look forward to seeing how many people use the new transmogrification and what they change to.
