Glow in the Dark Condom Dress by Nguyen Minh Tuan
Vietnamese designer Nguyen Minh Tuan designed a dress featuring 700 glow in the dark condoms. The dress was made for safe sex awareness and to also raise public awareness for World AIDS Day on Dec 1.
